RN Launches Business and Relies on Spruce for Client and Colleague Communication

Meet Claire Richardson, RN and Licensed Paramedic, and now proud owner of IV League Mobile IV Solutions, a concierge service that provides IV infusions in the comfort of your own home, office, hotel, or event. Claire started using Spruce to take client calls on the go and transfer the phones to any member of her team. Read on to learn more about Claire and her burgeoning new business!

Tell us about your business.

I have been a registered nurse and licensed paramedic for over 20 years. When Covid hit, I had to step away from my hospital position in order to take care of my children. When my bank account said it was time to start working again, I started with a mobile IV infusion company and loved the flexibility and being able to care for a variety of patients. When I branched off to start my own company, I wanted to make sure that I had all the systems in place to be successful and organized.  

What first brought you to Spruce?

My previous company used and endorsed Spruce. When I was researching various systems to use, I was really impressed with all of Spruce’s features. I had a consultation with a Spruce representative and was sold!  I love the system!

How do you use Spruce at work?

I use Spruce for call intake, patient communication, and team communication.

What is your favorite Spruce feature?

Do I have to claim a favorite? For me it’s the ease of being able to take client calls on my cell and the ability to transfer the phones to any member of my team.

What do you like to do most when you’re not working?

I have twin boys who are 12 years old. So when I am not working, I am trying to spend quality time with them. Baseball season is starting back up so I’ll be spending lots of time in the stands, screaming obnoxiously.
